While we enjoyed driving the coastline from Naples to Sorrento and Amalfi, my cousin Ron and I (both sailors) agreed we'd like to see this area from the water. I want to look into renting a boat (either sail or motor) for a week (perhaps out of Naples, but not necessarily). Does anyone know where I should start looking for information?

My wife and I twice have rented a boat for the day from Lucibello in Positano.

Here's the Lucibello web site.

We rented a small boat with a simple outboard motor to skim along a few dozen yards off the coast, but I see Lucibello rents larger vessels, too, both sail and motor.

Good luck!
