I am not even sure I am on the right forum for this.....

I live (part time) in Spain and am learning Spanish here. For visa reasons I may have to go back to Australia for 4 - 6 weeks and if that happens I would like to achieve something out of that time - it would be all to easy just to while away the time with friends and family. So an intensive spanish course springs to mind.

I have searched the internet and so far not come up with much. I would prefer relatively intensive (daily if possible)and centrally located in either Adelaide, Brisbane or Canberra preferably but other places aren't to be discounted.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

Have you tried Tafe?

I know that the Italian teacher at our local Tafe does private lessons for more advanced pupils. He doesn't advertise, just word of mouth and pupils must be advanced and he does it in a group situation at our library.
