Going along with the Getting Ugly thread, this passenger did a good video of his experience being delayed for 7 hours in NYC. Not pretty.

I will add this to the list of reasons I already have for why I will never fly out of JFK airport, or fly with Delta.

That was nothing less than perfect! I mean that guy deserves an award for most creative use of mind numbing nothingness. And good god, can we say TMI? They almost killed those people with all that talkity-talk-talk-talk.

I loved the bit about them finally letting someone out of that trap as he was having a seizure so they were letting him go as he had "priority." I hope he got the help he needed, but now we all know the secret to getting off of a stuck plane. What a joke.

Amazing! You know all the talk in the other threads about the airlines, it just seems to me nothing will change until enough travelers demand it.

OMG!!! I would NOT have been a airplane sheep. I would have pitched a $^*! fit. Homeland security and TSA would have been escorting me off that bloody plane. Loved the video though, the music and editing were terrific.
