I am trying to find out the correct name for an American style heating pad. The name chaufferette electrique seems to describe a portable small heater. Otherwise, I have only been able to figure out this description:

Any info would be appreciated...

I have researched for a while with no definitive luck on the subject. I never thought of using "pillow" instead of pad...and even then, I would have thought "oreiller chauffant" instead of "coussin chauffant".

One learns everyday. And what I have surmised through my review and contributions to this site, is that you are a substantive part of this wonderful group of individuals that support and continue a great concept here...people that are considerate in their giving and kind patience...the stars next to your name are well put...
