Unless I'm missing something a rar file is a compressed file not a graphic file. You need an unrar program to get at what is inside the rar package. Rar is common on macs.

Depending how big your RAR file is, email it to me and I can convert it. If it is only this time. But if you need an RAR file converter I use WinRarHope this helps. You can download a WinRar demo for free and used it freely at least once without problems. That is all you have to do if do not get RAR files often.

RAR was originally written for DOS. The name is an acronym for (Somebody whose name that starts with an R's ARchive.) It's mainly used now for splitting large files into smaller chunks, with error checking files attached, so that big files can be posted to UseNet, ftp sites or through email that can't handle large uploads all in one go. MacPAR handles RARs for Mac.
