I have just changed my Firefox settings from the default Times New Roman 16 to Arial 14, and this has been an improvement.

It's been a long time since I reviewed the current thinking on readability. Does anybody know the recommended fonts?

I use a laptop with a 13.3" LCD screen with a 1024x768 32 bit colour resolution.
