Does anyone know how to do this? I am trying to move my contacts into this before my trip. When I plug my itouch into the computer, there is no option for transferring this information.

Are you running Itunes?

If so what do you see when you click on contacts for the Ipod? Does it say something like sync with windows contact?

That should be it. I can't imagine apple did something different. OTOH it's like a faq question in the apple docs on the Ipod website.

Here's a question on the Apple Forum discussing it. You access it from ITunes. It is under the Info tab pane.

Thanks. I am using itunes -- can you even use anything else? I was there and didn't see anything, but sometimes computer stuff is not intuitive to me. I will give it a whirl again.

Once you open I tunes, click on your iTouch under Devices on the left. You will see in the main window the Summary tab. To the right is a tab called Info and you can make your Outlook sync selections there.
