FYI
I revisited the Telestial.com site to send an email & found they offer a SIM card top up service for several European SIM cards.
You can choose a TIM SIM for Italy, a VODAFONE SIM for Germany and dozens more.
This is going to save me the time & trouble of searching for a kiosk when I arrive at the airport. Now I can give the number to my rental agent and private car pickup driver BEFORE I arrive in case of problems!
