We are going to be in Brienz/Berner Oberland for three weeks in a beautiful apartment but without internet connection. Can I use my cell phone to connect to the internet like Italy? If so, can anyone tell me how?

I have been following the Italian discussion on this. We will be in Venice for five weeks in an apartment without internet connection.
