I've been a lurker here for a couple of years and thought it was time to register!
My husband and I love to travel. We are getting excited about our upcoming trip to Italy and Germany. We leave at the end of March to return to Venice for the second time and go from there to Germany for the first time.
I think I have read just about every trip report posted including those way back in the archives. I'm a trip report junkie! I love traveling vicariously through the everyone's travelogues. Maybe after this trip I'll submit my own report.
Hmmm ! From your handle I assume you are a fan. My son saw them twice in Italy years ago, in Verona and Perugia I believe. They actually made contact and got to hang with Stipe and friends in Perugia---big thrill for him.
I do like some REM music, but I wouldn't say I'm a huge fan. My reason for selecting this handle is more prosaic, I'm afraid, as these are my initials. I am, however, a big fan of a good night's sleep. I guess you could say I love getting my REM's each night?!
