I am wondering whether I can find a 1 to very small group of people to travel with to northern Italy. I don't like to travel alone.

I will be reading travel-sites to determine the best time of year. I seem to recall that Europe in the summer months is very crowded with tourists - and that's not for me. Thanks for any thoughts you might have. Harold
