We're a "middle-aged" couple from Knoxville. Love to travel when time (and money) available. Spent 2.5 weeks in Paris and Italy (Umbria, Positano, Capri, and Rome) in 2005. Going to Paris, Provence, and Cote d'Azur for 3 weeks in May/June this year (apartment, house, and condo). Also have done the cruise thing (which wife and daughter love), including Med and Caribbean and Alaska in the last couple of years.
I've lurked here for a while. Been more active on Fodors BB, as well as CruiseCritic. I've certainly learned from ST and the others, and have been known to contribute occasionally. It seems, though, that everyone here has traveled so much more extensively (and intensively) that I won't have much to offer - although I did go around the world in 1961 when I was a lad of 14. LOL!
