Hi, I'm a single guy, sort of retired. Took the Globus tour around the U.K. last year and would like to go back but do something different. Could someone give me a tip or two on renting preferably a cottage by the sea, but I would take a caravan in a small park by the sea to just sit back, read a lot, go down to the sea once a day and eat out for about a week. Most cottages I look up are rare and the caravan parks look so commercial and crowded.
This is probably the same old request you people get all of the time, but I thought I would give it a try.
Feel free to privately e-mail me your reply also at appraise@ipa.net. Thanks, so much.

Welcome Ray! Check out the UK & Ireland Forum for plenty of advise. There are also lots of vacation rental ads & reviews that might assist. Any particular area you'd be interested in?

Welcome, Ray, from a fellow Missourian in St. Louis. BUT, I grew up in Springfield's big suburb of Hollister.
Deborah Horn In a previous life I was an Umbrian sunflower farmer. I want to do a past life regression and stay there. ----------------------------------- www.petsburg.com My blog: Old Shoes - New Trip
