Hi Everyone! I am new to chatting online. This will be our first time traveling to Italy and we are looking forward to it. There's four of us going to Italy the first two weeks of Sept. and I am wondering what type of clothes and shoes to pack. Does anyone have any suggestions? I was planning on taking black travel knits, will that be ok?

It is a wonderful site, with many gracious experts (and the rest of us), happy to share information and opinions. But, be warned ... it can be highly addictive! I am sure you will have a lovely time in Italy in September, and the things that you are packing sound fine. It will still be rather warm in Italy in September, so take things that will be cool to wear during the day, and then something to keep you a little warmer in the evening.
