It's a beautiful Saturday afternoon here today - sunny under a Carolina blue sky! I've been reading lots of good information found here at Slow Travel and hope to add my .02 worth from time to time.

I love the adventure of travel although I don't get to go as often as I would like. I've seen a lot of the USA, spent a memorable vacation touring England, Scotland, and Wales, and flew almost around the world (literally) to get to the city of Kuching on the island of Borneo.

Now I've decided I need to see Italy before I get too old - LOL! Planning and researching before a trip is half the fun of getting there, so I look forward to learning more from many of the nice travelers here.
