My name is Deborah and I live in Rhode Island with my husband Ron.

We love all things about travel. Since our wedding in Umbria in the beautiful hill town of Spello 15 years ago, we started a website full of video about Italy travel. When in Italy we like to take it very slowly.

We find the slowtravel and slowtalk websites so useful. We’ve been lurkers here for a while. We’ve been reading all the posts. When we return from Italy in November we'd like get more involved in the community.

Our most recent journey to Italy begins today, destination Lake Como, where we’ll be staying in Candenabbia, just across from Bellagio and Varenna.

After that it is on to Florence, Rome, and Montalcino.

Thanks for all the help and ideas! We’ll be sure to file the trip report when we return and will blog daily from our destinations in Italy at our Italy Inside blogspot.
