Hello Slow Travelers!

I just signed up as a member today. I am a complete travel "junkie" and have been a member of another travel website for several years and heard alot of very good things about Slow Travel there, so decided to sign up here too...can never get enough travel information.

This past December I spent a wonderful week in Rome with my mom experiencing much that city has to offer, I won't say "all" it has to offer because after just 8 days there is so much more I want to explore in Rome!

I am also planning a 3 week trip in France for September/October this year, and intend to spend time here on Slow Travel doing France research!

I used to travel to Columbia, SC on business regularly. It definitely gets hot there in the summer!
