Hello, new to this site. Planning a trip in May to Italy, our first ever visit. Fly into Venice for four nights, onto Vareena for another four, then to Cinque Terre for three and then Florence (3), Montepulciano (7) Sorrento (3) and Rome (4). Looking out for hints. This site looks great. Carol
Welcome, Cazzie, from another member of the Australian contingent!
A month in Italy in May - sounds wonderful. May is a lovely time to be in Italy especially when the papaveri (poppies)spring up everywhere and make the fields seem like red carpets.
We'll be there in April and hoping for some warmish weather and early spring flowers.
