I this site last year for our 2 week trip to Italy and found it very helpful. I have become addicted and check it often. This year off to Venice for 9 days in April. Umbria had to be scrapped for a trip in the fall to Scotland where my son will be studying in Edinburgh.We live in Massachusetts and love traveling. Thanks to all for your insights and help. ellena

My youngest is also planning a postgrad year at the University of Edinburgh, not until 2008, however. What will your son be studying?

he is majoring in economics and math in california,but i do not know yet what he will be taking in edinburgh. he is just planning to have a good time and hopes to play golf. thanks both of you for your welcome.
