Hello from the Languedoc-Roussillon region in the south of France.
I joined the forum last October and am just now getting around to introducing myself.

Welcome to the Slow Travel Talk forums LouLou!

So I have to ask after glancing at your blog - do you eat the skin on the limequat or peel them first? Now I'm real curious about this one.

Off to explore the blog some more.

Kim - That is the first time I've ever seen a limequat! It was at a local citrus fesival, la Fête de la Bigarade, but I didn't buy the tree.
I imagine you use them just like a kumquat, peels and all!

Sophia - Really? I'll have to check it out!
How wonderful that people are reading about the cheese.
So far I've read some great and helpful information here on the forum for when we do more traveling around France and Italy.

Christine - Thanks for the kind welcome. Hope you like the Cake!

Bonjour, Loulou!

France is one of my favorite places. I am just across the Channel, in England.

I am on these boards mainly to find out about Italy though - another of my favorite countries.

Bonjour Loulou-
So nice to have someone from "our" area of France. We have a place in the Languedoc, and get there as often as we can - hoping to do so again in late August/early September.
Bienvenue-
Anne

Thank you for the kind welcome from everybody.

We finally have some hot weather here in the Minervois and the summer BBQ's and parties are in full swing!
