Hi all,
From the Yukon, it is currently -22 celcius, and my husband and I are going to Europe for a month starting Feb.2/08. Will be going to Sweden,Germany,Italy and finish off in Barcelona. I have been checking out this site for months, very helpful in my planning, and entertaining.

Welcome to the ST community from another Canadian! I'm not sure we've seen another member from the far north before.
A whole month of travel in February sounds wonderful.
Do you take a month off for travel on a regular basis?

Welcome, yukoner! I haven't made it so far north (or west) myself, but have a friend in Dawson City. Your trip sounds great, and how wonderful to have a full month and take off from the Great White North! (eh?!)

Thanks for the welcome. we don't usually take much time off, a week here and there and its usually in the territory or at home. we are just too busy.

Wow, yukon is pretty smaill, just might know this person in Dawson, and it will be great to get away for a whole month!

Thanks, Maine would be an excellent place to visit, my husband and I were thinking of a train trip to the maritimes next fall, a side trip to Maine would be excellent.
