I'm a 50 yr old woman who is single again after a 22 yr marriage. I'm having trouble finding friends who can travel to Europe with me and the it seems like all the "tour groups" I've looked into are filled with older couples and very few single people. I'm NOT looking for a "singles" trip with people looking for partners...I'd just like to find an interesting mix of people to travel with. I've done a great deal of traveling in Europe and in Latin America already so I'm interested in finding a travel group that is upscale and does really interesting things not just the normal tourist activities. I'm interested in going to Prague...but if anyone knows some interesting groups that go other places in Europe, I'd love to hear about them. Nice to meet you all!

Welcome to Slow Travel, luvtotravl!

We have quite a few members who travel solo and that may be a good approach. Click here for some suggestions as published on our main website www.slowtrav.com

Looking forward to see you active in our discussions!

Hi Luvtotravel, I can sympathize with being a solo traveler. Currently I am booked on a trip with Andi Piper of Once In A Lifetime Travel http://www.slowtrav.com/cl/detail.asp?l=3156. But you can also find some great vendors here in the classifieds: http://www.slowtrav.com/cl/sub.asp?c=3

Best wishes and happy travels.
