Welcome Michelle! I'm sure we'll have lots of suggestions for you, but the world's a huge place ... how long will you have? where are you travelling from? what are your interests? and what do you like getting out of a holiday? I'm sure you'll have heaps of fun researching the next trip!

I will probably travel for a month. I live in South Carolina. I'm not much of a beach person;more of a small town girl. I like to experience more of the day to day things rather than fancy museums. Oh...and it must be atleast semi-warm!

Welcome to ST, Michelle!
I am sure you will enjoy getting great ideas from this site. I am 37 yrs old and I have been travelling alone for a few years to many countries. I have been to Italy many times and I was there last year in April for a month. What places in Italy you visited already? There is a lot to do and see in Italy. Let me know your interests; then I could suggest some great places to visit.
I am planning to visit Canada this year in September; if not, then I will for sure go to Italy again.

Minor edits, at Pisces37's request.

I love London, and it has moments when it's semi-warm. Wink
My arguement for London? It's got character and diversity, you can't beat the Tube, and there's (almost) no language barrier. And England is small enough that there are many options for daytrips out from London.

Welcome from one new comer to another - Being Irish I am a little biased, but there are great sites to visit in Ireland and the North West or as we know it the Atlantic Drive is quite spectacular. If you already know some Irish people perhaps you can bear out my next statement. There is no welcome like an Irish welcome. Bord Failte with give you info. here are some links to consider http://www.ireland.ie/ and http://www.cork-guide.ie/info/classification.html
and finally http://www.tripadvisor.com/Attraction_Review-g186605-d1...n_County_Dublin.html
Hope this is of some help
Aindre
