Love this board and come here as often as possible, although I rarely post.
I have met some nice people here, especially some Lucca lovers. My husband and I live outside of Philadelphia and own a home near Bagni di Lucca, Italy.
Unfortunately, our only travel time is summer but our village is cool and lovely even when Lucca and Florence are scorching.

I also have a house in a small village outside Bagni di Lucca. Are you going this summer? I leave in a couple of weeks.

Hi Diane...no better place in Italy than Lucca.

We have a summer home in Tempagnano di Valdottavo, so not far from you.

We had a good lunch in Bagni di Lucca one time and enjoyed that location---I envy you.
