Can anyone help me with info on moving to Costa Rica please? need to know busiest places as I want to open a business? thanx Flixx :-)

There is little information on this board about Costa Rica, and none about moving there.
I was researching for a trip in November and found that there is a much larger group of people interested in Central America on the Fodors board. You may want to check there.
