Where is a good place to stay in Lauterbrunnen mid May. Do I need reservations at that time of year?

We had a very positive experience at the Hotel Silberhorn in Lauterbrunnen; see my review here.

We were there in August, so I don't know what it would be like in mid-May. And I'm not a "wing it" traveler-- I always have a general plan and reservations!
