not sure if this is an appropiate site for my question, but it is worth a try.
i want to send a phone card as a christmas gift to my son in dubai so that he can call from there to the USA on his cell.
i use cta(i think that is what it is), and i find it reasonable to call him, but it does not work in reverse.
i would also like to order gifts over the net directly so i would not have to buy gifts in the USA and ship them overseas. any suggestions about that?
any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Can't help with the details, but I think the idea of sending a phoncard is great! My father paid our phone account while we were travelling many years ago & it was one of the most practical & appreciated gifts we ever received!
