Anyone lived in La Paz? The location seems pretty idyllic, nestled in the Andes at 12000ft with close proximity to Peru, Brazil and Chile. I know the cost of living is among the lowest and our dollars can go pretty far there but what about the poverty level, level of crime and general infrastructure (public transport etc.). How is living there like? How are the people?
