I am contemplating a trip next week to El Quseir along the Red Sea. I was wondering if anyone as been to this region. This is not on Sinai Pennisula. The closest "city" is Marsa Alam at 65k's and Hurghada at 120k's. That is the best I can do to explain the location.

Well the trip is not happening. Danijela, being from Croatia, needs a pre-arrival visa. She went to the Egyptian Embassy on Friday to get one and they wouldn't giver her one. The problem: her passport expires in 2 months!

I guess it will be Croatia again for this summer. We are planning something unique and will let all of you know in the Europe forum.
