I will be traveling to Moscow in August with a friend who is adopting a baby. I will be on my own during the day while she is at the baby home. What should I do? I don't speak the language at all. Do I need a driver and/or intertpreter? How difficult is it to get around on the subway? Will I be able to visit places freely? Help! This is way outside my comfort zone....
