My wife and I have been to Thailand before and we went snorkeling at Phi Phi and at Koh Tao. We are thinking about maybe going back to Thailand next year and I would like to hear from other people where they have found the best snorkeling in Thailand. After being to places like Perhentian Island in Malaysia and the Maldives (see http://gardkarlsen.com/sun_island_index.htm ) we have become a bit spoilt i guess. But I guess there are places in Thailand that can match these places

My sister in law lives in Trang. There are many off the beaten track islands there. According to her, great snorkling unaffected by mass tourism.
