We will be going through the Black Sea in Oct., visiting Romania-Constanta, Bulgaria-Varna and the Ukraine-Odessa and are wondering about ATM's...We have all but stopped traveling with travelers checks opting for ATM's, but we are wondering if this type of access to our money is available in these city-ports...I did a "find" check but came up with nothing...Can anyone help us?
