I'm sure this has been asked tons of times, but can someone recommend a starting point when comparing car rental rates? Is there a reliable site that compares them for you? We want a car with GPS for 10 days, picking up in Marseille and returning in Nice.

There is a strong feeling on these boards that AutoEurope provides the best service, and does a good job of advocacy for customers. However, when we rented a car in France earlier this year we found that the rates at Kemwel were quite a bit lower than AutoEurope's, so you might want to do some comparison shopping.

Also - if you use the "find" button at the top of this page and enter "car rental" or a similar phrase, you will get links to many other discussions and recommendations.
