Yes, I've tried it and very much enjoyed it. Olivier, who has lived in the US and speaks perfect English, encourages people not to get bogged down in the arcane labelling of French wines but to get to the main point - how does it taste? He has sourced some really interesting wines and may introduce you to regions you don't know well, such as the south west. The other people at the tasting ranged from complete beginners to knowledgeable wine lovers and the small group made it friendly and easy to ask questions. All the other participants the day I went were from the US.

They are also going to do champagne tastings on a boat going along the Seine which sounds like a perfect evening.
