Hi- Does the limoservice at france hotels.net which goes by the name of Paris Limosines, PICK you up inside the terminal outside of the baggage and customs hall or do you have to call them..???
When I used a similar service in ROME, the driver was waiting inside the airport outside of baggage claim with our name on a sign--and he helped with the luggage to the car---
We will be 5 people and enough luggage for a small country...
I used Airport Shuttle, which is at the top of the france-hotels page, not Paris limos, the link on the side, so I can't give you any info about them.
The airport shuttle was always a mini-van, even when they were just picking me up alone. There is a toll-free number to call when you arrive at CDG, very easy from the payphones you have to pass after you pick up luggage. I don't recall ever waiting more than 5 minutes. Drivers very helpful with luggage, and you can pay with your credit card.
Look at the link- it is priced by the person, and with 5 people it looks like they would send 1 van just for your crew. Ask them if the driver can meet you inside the terminal.
I was really pleased with them, although I was a little wary the 1st time because they are less expensive than any other shuttle I looked at.
They've always been on time picking me up for the return trip to CDG, which you can arrange from here, too.

There are many mini-van type taxis. CDG airport to the center of Paris will run about 50 Euros (which is more or less equivalent to 50 US dollars). (It's actually less, but I always tip about 10-15%!) Follow the signs to the taxi stand and wait in line for 5-10 minutes tops. No need to hire a "private" car if you're just going from the airport to your hotel.
