My husband I have 5 nights at Les Olivettes from 7/2 to 7/7, but we still need accommodations for one additional night (7/7. Does anyone have a recommendation for just one night in the Luberon region?

You'll love Les Olivettes! We spent a week there last year and really enjoyed it. If they have a vacancy, I highly recommend Le Mas Perreal in St. Saturnin Les Apt. You'll find reviews of this lovely B&B here.
