We arrive in Paris on Christmas ( felt staying in London on Xmas was a total waste to money as everything was closed except a Charles Dickens Walking tour and dinner in a restaurant--
So we decided to fly to PARIS on Christmas Day and use that as our travel day--
What are some nice restaurants in Paris that will be open on Christmas Day= that do not cost and arm and a leg-
There will be 5 of us, possibly 6==all adults or older kids==(ages 16,20,21)....
Please help as I know I have to reserve a table early for Christmas if only a handful of places are open...
Andy, How are your plans coming for Christmas dinner in Paris? I was recently reminded of the Thanksgiving restaurant and American food shop in Paris, and it occurred to me that it might be open on Christmas Day ... If you want to eat a Cajun-style Christmas dinner, that is. I came across this link for eating in Paris; scroll down to 'Dining in Paris' for additional links to restaurant reviews and articles. Or scroll down further to 'resto.fr' to search for restaurants by arrondissment. Hope this helps - Restaurants and Bars in Paris

http://www.fermettemarbeuf.com/anglais/default.htm Not sure if La Fermette Marbeuf will be open Christmas Day, as I note they are having a major event on Christmas Eve. If it is, it is a spectacular setting with excellent Bistrot meals.
