Hi all,
I have a friend doing a canal boat trip in a couple of weeks. It finishes in Capestang on a Friday and she flies back to Australia on Sunday from CDG. What is the best way to get to the airport? She would like to go back direct to CDG on the Sunday to avoid an extra night in Paris, and also to give the chance to look around a bit. Thinking TGV from Nimes or Avignon, but having trouble finding way on SNCF. There are 2 adults, a teenager and 2 littlies under 4. A major moving event!
Thanks in advance to you experts!
We are just back from our 6 week trip around France, and I owe a trip report and a number of reviews. I promise to deliver when I catch up here! It was all FABULOUS!
Thanks again
Sue

Hello,
The best option is , either to take directly a TGV train to Roissy Airport in Beziers or ( following the schedule) to take a train from Beziers to Montpellier, and than the TGV to Roissy. ( Capestang is 16 km from Béziers)

have a look here

Thanks for the good advice Lezert. That's what I have been trying also. Last week I helped my friend purchase and print tickets from Paris to Lyon, but this week the SNCF site seems to have changed and there no longer seems to be the option to print tickets.
Anyone know if that's right?

If you cannot print them at home then choose the option to take them from a machine at the train station.
You make the reservation online with a credit card then use the same credit card in a ticketing machine at the station and the machine will print your tickets.
You could also make the reservation online and go to an agent at the station with the reservation and pick up the tickets from them.

Enjoy the Canal du Midi!
