Mobal phones work there -- and in about 150 other countries. www.mobalworldphone.com/sw . I have an LG 3G phone as my cell phone at home, and just had AT&T 'unlock' it for the period I would be in Spain last fall and it worked fine from there. Check and see if your regular cell phone can be used first, I'd recommend.

I am using Telestial phone and have not had any problems with it. I can receive and call from anywhere!
