I am thinking of taking an early--7:30 AM -flight to Rome from the Seville Airport. Has anyone flown out of this airport? What time do you think I should be there for the flight? I ask, because, a few years ago we booked a 7:30 out of the Venice airport and arrived , I think , 3 hours early. No one was there in the whole airport but us!

shadow, we flew out of Sevilla airport a few years ago.. not so early though. I think we departed at 9:45 and got there at 8:30 and I can't remember ANYTHING which means, it was fine. I'd only remember if it was a bad scene.

I'd say get there around 6 AM and you'll be fine - maybe someone else will chime in, but I would think that would be plenty of time to check in for an EU flight.

Since the flight to Rome is within the EU I think even getting there 1 hr prior would be ok. But, as Shannon suggests, to be on the safe side get there at 6. I doubt there will be anybody at the counter earlier than that.
