You're welcome. Although the sites mention the last couple of weeks of March, we found that there were plenty of blossoms by mid-month. Unfortunately no festivals! An email directly to the local TI should get a response regarding anticipated peak bloom time.

However, with the unusual weather this year there may be fewer blooms. But there will be lots of cherry liquor at any time.
