That's a great idea Pokey. BUT the (now former) friend who said she'd drive me to Logan tomorrow has backed out. She's from California and can't handle Boston weather. She falls apart when the forecast is a Nor'easter with a little 6-8" snowfall, a few hours of sleet and, just to top it off, torrential rain blowing sideways.

I heard she got some encouragement at Thursday's chat when at least one Slowtrav member said "Oh just let maureen take a cab."
