This phrase is used to describe the location of a hotel.

We got directions from the desk clerk at our hotel in Naples to go to a seafood restaurant on the Bay. She said it was "a 15 minute" walk.

Earline, you are SOOO right! You always have to think about if it's "US minutes" or "European minutes." We especially found in Ireland that a "2-minute" walk was really 15 or 20! Different points of view....or else I'm a REALLY slow walker!
