How do you say, "I'll pass you over" or "I'll put him on" as in when you are on the telephone with someone and you pass the phone to a third person so they can speak.

I don't actually have any particular need to use this, but I often try to run little conversations in my head to see if I can work out how to say them in Italian and I couldn't work out if this would be idiomatic or not.
