I wanted to ask is it ok to tell someone that they can link to my Photos or reports on this site? I am talking about a TMB site(non comercial) like this posting links to my photos or future trip report. RR

Absolutely okay! Brings visitors to the site (which is what we want) and gets more people to read the information we have (and view the photos).

Some of our regulars post on other travel boards referring people to our trip reports and reviews. Thanks!

Usually anyone running a website is more than happy to have other sites link to them (except one very odd vacation rental in England, where she was furious that I had linked to her). But be aware that some message boards my not want you to do this, because it is taking people off their board and sending them somewhere else.

On this message board, we don't mind - as long as you are linking to a good content site and it is not a commercial post.
