Hello there,

I have been attempting to log into my Slow Photos account to no avail. I requested a new password and it came through, but the login is still not working. Can you help me solve this?

Hi Tina, are you logging in with "Tina in Tennessee" as your member name? If so, do me a favor and forward the password email to me so I can try logging in as you, to see if it's your account or your machine.
