When I add a topic to my "Favorites", is it there forever or does it disappear when the threads are purged?

I can delete selected threads. I have a check box in front of each thread. I can check the box in front of a thread that I want to delete and then scroll to the bottom and click the button that says "Delete Checked Favorites". Do you have this option? Do the thread you check get deleted?

I guess I didn't say exactly what I meant. There are some of the threads that I want to keep and was worried that when the topics on the boards are purged after, say, 6 months or whatever, will my favorite topics still be there or will they disappear?

Is it better to save them to Word rather than just keep them on my Favorites list here? When I move them to Word it is a lot of work because of the formatting.

Interesting question! So far I have not cleaned out the Italy forum EVER - since 2001! Some day I will have to because we pay overage charges every month. I will try to find out.

When you add a thread to your 'favorites' it is just a link. When the thread disappears the link doesn't work. If you want to keep them copy and paste.

Pat -- gotcha! I guess I should be doing that on the ones I really want to keep.
