I wanted to access the trip calendar which needs the Groupee log in, not the message board log in, but it wouldn't log me in. I thought the automatic fill in of the password must have gone wrong so I clicked to get the password reminder in case I had got it wrong when I put it in manually. It now tells me that my email address doesn't exist but,,,,,but,,,but,,,, it DOES! It is the one I advertise with so presumably I now can't get in to edit my listings either and the only option it gives me is to 'register' so I am coming here for help, please.
Is this just a temporary glitch that everyone is getting or is it just me doing something wrong?
Just to verify Felicity - You are trying to login on this page? It is separate from Groupee (which is what the message board uses). Did you ask for Forgotten Password on this page? I just want to make certain you didn't ask groupee for the password (which is the message board).
Yes, Marta. Thank you. I was trying to log in on that page. Sorry, I got the Groupee thing the wrong way round. The thing that isn't Groupee that I use for advertising and that I need to see the trip calendar. Have I got that the right way round now? I am quite all right when I log in here It is the page you have given me in this link and it rejects me as unknown
Ugh, to add a bit more confusion. Felicity do you want to change your advertisement or the trip calendar, where members post their travels? Two different systems there too.

If there are two different systems there I am mightily confused. I have a googlemail address for here (that's fine) and a cottage address for there and I thought that was the one I needed (with password) for both the other things as the directions were to log in with my slowtrav details, not my forum details. I didn't know there was a third system I have looked at trip calendar before but I can't remember how I got there and I must have had no trouble but maybe the system has all changed?
The advertising user database is separate from the trip reports/reviews/trip calendar user database because for the most part they are an entirely different community with different requirements.
The link Marta provided will allow you to retrieve the password for the email you've used for the trip reports/reviews/trip calendar.
If you choose Manage Listings to work on your slowtrav classified, you will be taken to a login page where you can request a password reminder by providing the email address you used for your advertising.
