Not sure if this is the right place to post this request, but I'm wondering if there is someway to get the Trip Reports to list by Country (as well as by Year, Travellers, and Contest). Thanks very much.

Yes, there is! On the main trip reports page there's a link in the second paragraph to Search.

Follow that link to a page where you can filter the trip reports by country, city, and a long list of categories. Make your choices and click the Search button at the bottom to display a filtered list of reports.
