I received an email reminder that I need to renew my memebership. ok fine. When I clicked the link it asked me to log in, which I did, and then it wanted me to type in all my personal information - which it already has. Is there some way for me to just click a button that says something like "yes, roll it over and renew me"

Zalopho, can you forward the e-mail to me at help at slowtrav dot com (well, you know the e-mail, right?). Anyway, if it's okay with you I want to check it out so I can see what's happening, and my login as you.
Thanks,
Oh, by the way, there is an option for you to set that will automatically renew you each year without the reminder e-mail. Is that something you would be interested in?
Once logged in, you should see a page that lists your subscription(s) from where you can change the renewal status.
This leads me to the same old page asking me for all my info that it already has. I am happy to pay for a subscription, in fact I am trying harder than any customer should, to renew; but I am not eger for an AOL-like experience. If your company wants my renewal - and I am really trying hard to provide it - what is your company's final and best advice? I am not asking for "try this maybe this might sort of work"

Zalopho, it is not our software that handles membership; if I could get into the guts of it and tell you what would happen I would but Groupee handles our site payments. My guess, since your membership lapsed on January 30th, and you didn't set automatic renewal, they got rid of your personal information the moment it lapsed and you will have to re-enter it but again, b/c it's not our system and I cannot tell you for sure it's a guess but will be happy to check with them. So in my mind, you have two choices, re-enter your personal information and this time, set your membership to renew automatically, or be patient until I can find out from them why they're expecting you to re-enter and if you have to or if they provide a way around. I'm sorry but that's the best I can do.
It is as I suspected. If you had renewed before your membership lapsed, then it would have been a simple matter but b/c you tried to renew afterewards, you must start over and re-enter your information. I apologize for not realizing that your membership had already lapsed when I instructed you above.
